Employment Type: ContractJob Category: IndustrialPay Rate: $18.00 / hourSummary: The Quality Assurance Lab Technician provide assistance for the Quality Assurance laboratory with various Quality initiativesEssential Duties and Responsibilities: Assists in obtaining supplies and calibrating equipment; Analyzing production samples and raw material samples for physical and chemical characteristics; Investigates quality and production issues including customer complaints per supervisor requests; Prepare samples for internal and external customers as requested; Maintains quality production records in a timely mannerQualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High School or GED desired; Two (2) years' Manufacturing or Lab experience, a plus; Demonstrated high level of computer experience; Demonstrated good communication skills; Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; Ability to learn to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
