Job DescriptionCNC Machine Operator Tampa, FL 33634$25.00 - $30.00 per hour1st Shift M-F Our Client is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality parts with precision while following safety, quality, and production standards. Experience working with aluminum, PVC, or profile machining is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor the CNC machine.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, and work orders.
Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and basic machine adjustments.
Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
Conduct routine maintenance and preventative care on equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements.
Work independently and collaboratively to meet production schedules and deadlines.
Qualifications:- Previous CNC machine operating experience- Required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and quality control procedures.
- Experience in aluminum, PVC, or profile machining preferred.
- Manufacturing, fabrication, or architectural glazing experience is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
CNC programming and troubleshooting experience.
Experience with architectural window, door, or curtainwall fabrication.
Familiarity with precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.
