Affiliate Partner Program The Wilkinson Firm grows by referral. That is not a slogan. It is the operating model. Industry insiders who know the workforce problem already know who else needs a firm like ours. CMHC executives talk to other CMHC executives. Hotel GMs know other hotel GMs. MBE founders know other MBE founders. The referral is the highest-trust acquisition channel TWF has. We are formalizing the Affiliate Partner Program. If you can refer client conversations that turn into TWF engagements, you earn a percentage of the contract. This is a performance role with a clear climb. Lower starter percentage to prove the model. Real upside as your referral track record builds.
