Ovation by Avamere is seeking a Life Enrichment / Activities Assistant. The role is part-time with schedules Tue–Sat 12:00 PM–5:00 PM or Thu–Sat 12:00 PM–5:00 PM, located at Ovation Sienna Hills, Washington, UT.
Responsibilities include planning and implementing life enrichment activities, engaging residents, documenting participation, and coordinating with staff. Driver’s license and CPR/BLS required, EMR experience preferred.
