Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled AWS AI Cloud Engineer with strong backend engineering expertise to design, develop, and operate cloud-native platforms that enable Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern AI orchestration frameworks and cloud AI services such as AWS Bedrock AgentCore, Amazon Bedrock Agents, Google Vertex AI, or similar agentic AI platforms. This role combines AI platform engineering, backend API development, and infrastructure automation. The engineer will develop Python-based services that orchestrate AI agents, interact with cloud resources, and invoke Terraform modules to provision and manage infrastructure across cloud environments. The successful candidate should have strong experience in Python, FastAPI, AWS cloud services, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). Exposure to modern frontend technologies such as React is beneficial but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities: Agentic AI Platform Development
- Design and build scalable agentic AI platforms using services such as:o AWS Bedrock AgentCoreo Amazon Bedrock Agents, Google Vertex AI Agent Buildero LangGraph, LangChaino MCP, Agent Observability, Agent Evaluations, Agent Gateways, Policies, KBs, etc. Develop orchestration workflows enabling AI agents to interact with enterprise systems and cloud platforms. Build reusable agent frameworks, tools, memory mechanisms, and workflow orchestration capabilities. Integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and enterprise APIs. Backend EngineeringDesign and develop production-grade RESTful APIs using: o Python, FastAPI, Pydantic o API security, OAuth/JWT authentication Build MCP Servers and API layers that: o Receive infrastructure requests o Validate policies and governance controls o Execute Terraform workflows o Track provisioning status, Return deployment results Develop secure service-to-service communication patterns. Infrastructure Automation Build APIs and automation services capable of: o Invoking Terraform modules o Running infrastructure deployment pipelines o Managing cloud resource provisioning o Enforcing organizational governance standards Design self-service infrastructure provisioning platforms. Develop reusable Terraform modules and CI/CD deployment pipelines. Cloud EngineeringDesign and implement secure cloud-native solutions across AWS environments. Work with AWS / GCP services including:o IAM, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, Bedrock, o DynamoDB, RDS, S3 etc., Step Functions________________________________________Required Qualifications Technical Skills Backend Development 5+ years of software engineering experience. Strong Python development experience. Hands-on experience with:o FastAPI, REST APIs, Async programming
- Experience designing microservices architectures.
Infrastructure as Code
Understanding of Terraform IaCExperience using Terraform modules.
Experience integrating Terraform into CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of infrastructure provisioning workflows and governance controls.
