Maintenance Associate

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Associate to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to operating and maintaining equipment, ensuring high-quality finishes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities: Operate and maintain equipment used for applying protective coatings. Prepare surfaces and apply coatings to ensure corrosion-resistant finishes. Inspect coatings and adhere to safety and quality standards. Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain workflow. Perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities under supervision. Capture maintenance data accurately within the Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) systems. Comply with TLM standards and maintain competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.

Requirements: Experience in maintenance or a related field. Knowledge of coating application and surface preparation techniques. Ability to adhere to safety and quality standards. Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications: (if any) Experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) systems.
