Screenprinting / Embroidery Float

FULL-TIME PRODUCTION EMPLOYEE BGM Custom Wear is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our production team! We are looking for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn all aspects of a busy screen printing and embroidery shop.

Load and unload garments on printing equipment Fold, count, sort, and package finished garments Assist with embroidery machine operation and garment preparation Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Prepare orders for shipping or customer pickup Maintain a clean and organized production area Assist with setup, cleanup, and general shop duties Follow production schedules and meet deadlines Follow all company safety and production procedures Work as part of a team to complete customer orders accurately and on time

Good attention to detail Able to work in a fast-paced environment Able to stand for extended periods of time Able to lift and move boxes and garments as needed Good organizational skills Willingness to learn new equipment and processes Previous screen printing, embroidery, or production experience is a plus, but not required
