Senior Board Governance & Regulatory Filings Specialist

Victory Capital Management is seeking a full‑time Senior Regulatory Administration Specialist to oversee board governance for mutual funds and manage regulatory filings and prospectus updates. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Board Governance in San Antonio, TX.
