Strategic Real Estate Development Counsel

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Counsel, Real Estate Development to support hyperscale digital infrastructure projects across the United States. You will partner with Development, Construction, Data Center Operations, Finance, Tax, and Procurement to advance large projects in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on commercial real estate, zoning, entitlement, and construction agreements, with responsibility for due diligence, risk allocation, and coordinating with outside counsel.
