Schedule:
Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. Position will work onsite for the first 90 days, then can change to remote if expectations are being met.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responds to telephone and/or Internet inquiries from customers seeking information and/or resources following a set standard. Collects relevant caller data to assist with measurement, tracking and reporting activities. Tracks inquires, questions and answers and provides resolution. May perform clerical or administrative duties. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATIONHigh School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experienceEXPERIENCENo experience requiredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSFrequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements. Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors. Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc. Frequent keyboard use/data entry. Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping. Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs. Rare climbing.
