Sotek, Inc. is a manufacturer of components and assemblies used in large electrical motors and generators.
We are located in the Southtowns and are currently looking to fill the following Full-time industrial manufacturing positions (1st and 2nd shifts):
Punch Press Operators
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Able to operate Minster model Presses (Straight Side and Gap)
Familiar with Progressive and One Stamp dies on various presses
Interpret written job instructions / travelers
Meets or exceed posted production rates for each job
Adheres to and can train new operators for job quality standards as outlined in the quality manual
Carry out all other duties as directed by the area supervisor without follow up
Participates in teams to improve items such as productivity, 5S, Inventory accuracy and scrap reduction within the work center.
Adheres and promotes companies Health and Safety program
Salary Range $19 – $30 / hr (pay commensurate with experience)
