Casino Compliance & Legal Counsel

Rising Star Casino Resort is seeking a Compliance Officer to oversee all regulatory matters, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local gaming laws. This role partners with Full House Resorts’ General Counsel and Secretary to address contracts, audits, and employment compliance. You will lead Indiana Gaming Commission interactions, develop internal controls, train operations managers, and coordinate compliance initiatives across departments, with emphasis on accountability and STAR values.
