Area Superintendent – Electrical | Data Centre | Chandler, ArizonaROSS Consultancy USA is hiring an Area Superintendent – Electrical for a major Data Centre project in Chandler, Arizona. This is a key site leadership role, responsible for driving the electrical installation across your area of the project — from rough-in and equipment installation through energisation, testing and handover to commissioning. You'll own the work in your area, leading electrical trade partners, managing sequencing, and ensuring the installation is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality. Area Superintendent – Electrical | What you'll doTake ownership of the electrical installation across your assigned area Lead electrical subcontractors and manage day-to-day site delivery Oversee MV/LV distribution, switchgear, UPS, generators, busway and PDUsDrive 3-week lookaheads and coordinate electrical sequencing with the wider project schedule Lead safety, LOTO and energisation activities within your area Work closely with Field Engineering and Design on RFIs, drawings and technical issues Drive quality and ensure installations are ready for inspection and testing Coordinate closely with Commissioning to deliver systems ready for turnover Area Superintendent – Electrical | What we're looking for 5+ years' electrical construction experience2–3+ years' experience at Superintendent level Strong background managing electrical subcontractors on large-scale projects Data Centre, Mission Critical or similarly complex industrial experience Strong understanding of power distribution, backup power and energisation Comfortable leading teams, managing sequencing and driving work in the fieldOSHA 30 preferred The package Competitive salary, bonus and benefits, with the opportunity to take a key leadership role on a major Data Centre project in Arizona.
