Rehabilitation Nursing Assistant

This position requires a commitment to caring for patients with various needs, ensuring their comfort, and supporting their recovery journey. Provide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff. Perform duties such as feed, bathe, dress, groom, or move patients, or change linens. Transfer or transport patients. Communicate with patients to ascertain feelings or need for assistance or social and emotional support. Monitor or report changes in health status and vital signs. Assist in the administration of medications and treatments, under the supervision of registered nurses. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Basic understanding of patient care and medical terminology. High level of compassion and empathy. Capability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and effectively. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k CPR certified or ability to obtain certification. Completion of a state-approved education program and passing of a competency exam, leading to certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
