APPLY NOWFastener Assembly Operator Fastener assembly operators work and safely operate/attend basic 2-5 component assembly machines to assemble a single fastener component. They will demonstrate competencies in basic shop math, basic print reading, and mechanical aptitude, a basic understanding of assembly components, including form and function, and lube function for performance.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.
- Basic Loading/Unloading Product (Delivering Product)
- In-Process Inspection
- Visual Management of Machine
- Production Paperwork/Operation Audit
Required Skills:
- The ability to read and write English.
- Basic Print Reading
- Basic Shop MathBasic Inspection Processes (Tools & Measurements)
- Basic Understanding of Machine Function
- Communication Skills
