Non-CDL Chauffeur – Luxury Transportation
Pay: $10–$13/hr + Tips | 2-Hour Minimum
About the Role:
We are working with a leading ground transportation company seeking professional Non-CDL Chauffeurs for black car and luxury Sprinter van service. This role is ideal for experienced drivers who take pride in delivering safe, polished, and dependable service to corporate and private clients.
Responsibilities:- Provide premium black car and Sprinter transportation
- Transport corporate and private clients safely and professionally
- Use dispatch apps, GPS, and navigation technology
- Assist passengers with luggage and personal items
- Maintain a professional appearance and service-first attitude
- CompensationPay is based on experience:
- Tier 1: $10/hr + tipsTier 2: $11/hr + tipsTier 3: $12/hr + tipsTier 4: $13/hr + tips
- All transfers include a 2-hour minimum with garage-to-garage pay.
- Professional Uniform
- Chauffeurs are required to wear a black suit, white shirt, company tie, and black shoes and socks. A black hat or vest may be worn during warmer months.

Qualifications:- Must be 25 years or older
- Clean MVR and background check
- Must complete pre-employment drug screeningDOT MedCard required for 14-passenger Sprinter drivers
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable using dispatch systems and GPSStrong customer service and communication skills
