We are actively seeking production associates to join our Welding Department on 1st shift (core schedule, Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm)
Job Position and Duties May Include:
- Load/unload metal parts in weld jig
- AssemblyChange weld-tips
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards met
- Use RDF scanner to transfer inventory
- Perform daily equipment inspections
- Restock for oncoming shift
- Perform general housekeeping duties
- Other duties as assigned
Compensation:
- Weekly Pay$19.15/hour starting wage
- Base-Rate Pay increase every three (3) months, up to top-out rate
- Additional $1/hour at 5 and 10 years of service
- Holiday PayShutdown PaySummer - around July 4th holiday

Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing and/or warehouse experience, preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs on a consistent basis
- Ability to stand on concrete up to 12 hours
- Ability to repeatedly bend, stoop and twist throughout shift
- Ability and willingness to work overtime as required to meet customer demandsovertime may be daily and/or weekend
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
