Project Manager - Process Design
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our projects within the Food, Beverage, and Pharmaceutical industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sanitary system design and controls integration, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and collaboration
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including P&IDs and process design specifications
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates and project status reports
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Oversee the integration of control systems
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or higher
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the Food, Beverage, or Pharmaceutical industries
- Proven experience with CIP/SIP, sanitary system design, and P&IDsStrong knowledge of process design and controls integration
- Experience with control systems integration
- Excellent communication and leadership skillsPMP or PE nice to have.
