Operations Director

Role Description: The Operations Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Karşıyaka, responsible for leading and optimizing daily operational activities within the facility. This role oversees end-to-end production and service operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The Operations Director will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate resource allocation, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and systems. The role includes developing and managing budgets, aligning operational plans with strategic business goals, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. The Operations Director will also support customer-facing functions by ensuring reliable service performance and timely delivery of solutions.

Qualifications: Strong Operations Management skills, including experience leading complex, multi-shift or multi-site operations. Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting data, monitoring KPIs, and making evidence-based decisions. Proven Team Management capabilities, including coaching, performance management, and fostering an inclusive, safety-focused culture. Budgeting expertise, with a track record of managing operational costs, forecasting, and optimizing resource use. Customer Service orientation, with the ability to partner effectively with commercial and technical teams to meet customer needs. Experience in manufacturing, food processing, or packaging industries is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are an asset. Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives, continuous improvement, and sustainability-focused projects.
