Senior Change Designer — Transformation & Adoption

Steampunk seeks a Senior Disruption Designer to guide clients through our Design Intelligence framework, driving adoption across multiple workstreams of a large federal advisory program. You’ll focus on people impacted by change and shape change-enablement strategies across portfolios, identity, and workforce initiatives. You’ll facilitate workshops, run readiness assessments, and craft compelling stories from research to inform training and communications.
