The Pascommuck Conservation Trust (PCT) is searching for a treasurer. The board of this non-profit is all volunteer. Treasurer tasks currently include the following, but the board is open to delegating if/add needed:maintaining organizational fiscal recordsbookkeeping with QuickBooks Onlinekeep state and federal sales tax‐exempt status currentpreparation of monthly and annual Treasurer reports for the boardmonitor trust insurance policiesprocess donations from fundraising eventscalculate and pay state lottery taxes on raffle salesset up accounts with bank account tie in for social media/payment platformscoordinate with committees on budgetingmonitor and manage trust's insurance coverage (property, B&O, AD&D)
