Cogen Plant Manager - Startup & Operations Leader

Bradsby Group is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of a new Cogeneration facility at the Ingredion site in Indianapolis, IN. You will manage outages, safety, and performance of gas turbines and balance-of-plant systems. The role requires supervisory experience in solid-fuel/biomass-type environments, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven leadership to guide commissioning, turnover, and long-term operation.
