Duties/Responsibilities:
- The VMS Administrative Clerk is responsible for maintaining vehicle inventory for multiple Boucher locations.
- This role needs strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Process new and used trade documents for vehicle sales to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Process wholesale and dealer trade transactions
- General Ledger accounting entries for wholesale transactions
- Maintain accurate reporting of stock units
- Scan important documents into digitally maintained files.
Qualifications:
- Must have attention to detail and ability to spot errors or discrepancies
- Be proficient in conducting research and analyzing information
- Be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Be an enthusiastic team player
- Be self-motivated
