A fast-growing, multi-state precision instrumentation services platform is seeking a General Manager to lead a Calibration Services division. This is a build role for a hands-on operator who wants to shape a business from the ground up, not simply maintain what already exists.
The Role:
Reporting to the VP of Operations, you'll take full P&L responsibility for a multi-site calibration services division of approximately 50-70 employees.
You will:
- Own commercial and operational performance across all sites
- Get close to each individual brand within the portfolio, understanding their customers, culture, and ways of working
- Build and drive the integration roadmap across recently combined businesses
- Partner cross-functionally to align service delivery, quality, and growth strategy
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience owning full P&L across a multi-site services business
- A track record of integrating acquisitions or standardizing operations across previously independent businesses
- Background in calibration, precision instrumentation, scientific equipment, or a closely related regulated services environment strongly preferred
- Genuine hunger to build and drive success in a new, high-visibility role
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, PE-backed environment
- LocationMulti-state remit, with a base preference on the West Coast.
Compensation
Competitive base plus performance incentives, commensurate with experience.
