Capture & Proposal Strategist: Lead High-Stakes Proposals

True Anomaly, Inc. is seeking a Capture & Proposal Strategist to drive the proposal lifecycle from strategy through submission. You will lead complex, high-stakes proposals ($25M+) with accountability for quality and timely delivery, coordinating across Growth, Engineering, Legal, Contracts, and Pricing. You will mentor peers, shape win strategies, and contribute to capture planning and competitive positioning, leveraging deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS/RFO and ITAR considerations.
