Mill Clean Up Laborer Pay: $18/hr (increasing to $19/hr at rollover after approximately 90 days)
Hours:
Monday – Thursday (with every other Friday), 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM Start Date: ASAP Looking for a physically active role with room for growth? Join a reputable, family-run mill in Roseburg, OR, as a Mill Clean Up Laborer, and make a tangible difference every day. As a Mill Clean Up Laborer, you'll play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient mill. You'll work closely with the team to ensure the worksite stays tidy and hazard-free, supporting daily operations with your effort and attention to detail.
What You'll Do: As a Mill Clean Up Laborer, you will be responsible for:
- Sweeping mill areas to maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards
- Shoveling debris and materials to keep the workspace organized
- Using compressed air to clean equipment and workspaces effectively
- Moving lumber and other materials throughout the mill to support operations
- Assisting with general clean-up duties to ensure a hazard-free environment

- The ability to lift and maneuver 50+ lbs consistently
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
