Through home visits, relationship-building, and hands-on coaching, you'll help parents become their child's first and most important teacher while supporting school readiness, language development, and positive family engagement. This is more than a home visiting role. It's an opportunity to empower families, celebrate diverse cultures, and help children thrive during the most critical years of development.
What You'll Do:
Build meaningful, long-term relationships with families of children ages 18 months to 4 years.
Conduct engaging home visits that model simple, effective ways parents can promote learning through books, play, and everyday interactions.

Use a strengths-based approach that recognizes and builds upon each family's unique abilities and experiences.

Energized by building trusting relationships with families and supporting parents in their role as educators.
Comfortable working independently while remaining connected to a collaborative team.
Committed to equity, inclusion, cultural humility, and strengths-based family engagement.
A strong communicator who can relate to people from diverse cultural, educational, and economic backgrounds.

Join us in making a meaningful difference, one family at a time.
