Requirements:
- 5+ years of verifiable new construction experience
- Strong residential construction knowledge
- Experience managing projects from start to finish
- Established network of reliable subcontractors and trades
- Ability to build and manage construction teams
- Knowledge of budgets, schedules, permits, and inspections
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- College degree is not requiredGC / Project Management experience is a plus
