APPLY NOWOffering a full-time remote opportunity, the California Licensed BCBA Supervisor will manage a caseload, supervise RBTs and student analysts, run caregiver training, and facilitate social skills groups while ensuring a minimum of 30 clinical hours per week.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee telehealth and in-person sessions in clinics and client homes
Supervise and train RBTs and student analysts, adapting supervision to individual needs
Facilitate caregiver training and social skills groups to enhance client outcomesRequired qualificationsActive BCBA certification
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
Fluency in Behavior Skills Training (BST) and caregiver-mediated treatment
Ability to pursue current evidence-based practices independently
Strong time management and documentation skills
