Project Director - Life Sciences / Semiconductor Expansion Project
Location: Illinois (On-site, 5 days per week)
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a major facility expansion project in Illinois. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, driving execution excellence, and ensuring successful delivery of a complex capital project.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience leading large-scale EPC/EPCM projects.
Background in Life Sciences (Biotech/Pharmaceuticals) or Semiconductor industries is required.
Experience managing major EPC/EPCM, mission-critical, semiconductor, biotech/pharma, or large industrial retrofit programs.
Construction Manager background.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholder relationships.
Demonstrated track record of delivering complex projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Must be available to work on-site in Illinois five days per week.
