Hydro TesterThe Hydro Tester is an individual selected to perform hydraulic pressure testing of tanks and vessels where applicable within our company.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Fit up vessel connections to perform proper hydro test
- Ensure, review and confirm all hydro test pressures with QC and Production Manager for proper testing
- Test piping and or vessels to proper code test pressure
- Chart required equipment to customer spec
- Record, document and file all hydro test under ASME code standards
- Coordinate timing of AI with QC Manager
- Maintain tools and equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety
- Manage and maintain work area to ensure safe working conditions with all pressure components
- Work Experience
Qualification Requirements:
High School diploma.
Minimum 2+ years' experience in a relevant field.
Communications skills in English/Spanish (if applicable).Experience in a variety of hydraulic testing procedures.
Knowledge of safety standards and willingness to use PPE.Valid U.S. driver's license.
Familiar with Global Vessel and Tank software programs
