Job Description:
IMKO Workforce Solutions is hiring Production Associates for a growing manufacturing facility in Harrisburg, SD. This is a hands-on position with opportunities throughout different areas of production. Candidates may be placed in a department that best fits their skills and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform production and assembly work
- Sand, finish, trim, build, or package products
- Operate production equipment and tools as trained
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Prepare and package products for shipment
- Assist with warehouse and material-handling duties
- Follow production and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
