VP of Engineering, NA - Strategy & Growth

Eaton Corporation seeks a Vice President of Engineering NA for GEIS, reporting to the President, Americas. The role can be based in Highland, IL or Syracuse, NY and leads a large engineering cohort across the NA region and select global sites. The VP will guide strategy, roadmaps, and development programs, ensuring scalable engineering capabilities, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and reliability of GEIS products and solutions.
