Clinical Technician 2 – Medical Surgical With renowned Inova Fairfax Medical Campus, we are seeking a dedicated and loyal Clinical Technician 2 to join the team in a full-time capacity! Your shifts will be from 6:00PM - 6:30AM with rotating weekends or holidays. Three (3), 12-hr shifts per week | Rotating Weekends & Holidays.

Clinical Technician 2 Job Responsibilities (to include but not limited to):Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of the registered nurse. ADLsBlood DrawsIV Insertion Catheter / Foley insertion Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors. Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system. Clinical Technician 2 Requirements:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
One year of experience in an acute care setting as a clinical technician or successful completion of one acute care clinical rotation in an Accredited RN Program and/or two years of nursing school completed.
Certification:
Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
Special Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
Training: Must be available for six (6) weeks of paid training, consisting of:
Virtual modules
Classroom-style sessions: 8AM – 4:30PMOn-unit training with department hired into (times TBD)
