Position Title:

As a Driver, you'll play a key role in keeping operations moving by making local deliveries and pickups, loading and unloading flooring materials, verifying orders and paperwork, and safely transporting products to job sites. This is a fully onsite role with standard 8–5 hours and plenty of opportunity to grow within a company that values initiative, reliability, and developing its people! We're looking for a dependable, confident, organized professional who takes pride in doing the job right, communicates well, and is comfortable working independently while representing the company with customers and job-site partners.
Salary: $18–$24/ Hour DOE
Responsibilities:- Make local deliveries and pickups to job sites and customers
- Load, unload, and safely secure flooring materials for transportation
- Verify orders, materials, and delivery paperwork for accuracy
- Provide professional and friendly customer service at every stop
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe company vehicle
- Complete deliveries reliably and on schedule while managing priorities independently
Requirements:- At least 1 year of relevant driving or delivery experience
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
- Confident communicator who responds well to feedback
- Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute ideas
