We've spent years developing a comprehensive sales operating system, establishing relationships throughout the fiber industry, and proving our technology in real-world sales operations. Now we're ready to bring that software to market on a much larger scale. We're looking for someone who can help package our offering, develop compelling sales presentations, establish a winning sales process, and personally close our initial customers. From there, you'll build and lead a team of appointment setters and closers. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity with exceptional earning potential and the ability to grow alongside the business. ABOUT LIGHTNING OSLightning OS is a comprehensive, all-in-one software platform designed to help companies manage virtually every aspect of their sales organizations. Rather than relying on multiple disconnected applications, businesses can manage their sales operations through one integrated system. Our platform includes: Rep & Team Management: Organizational structures, accountability, permissions, goals, and performance tracking. Lead Management: Lead distribution, tracking, assignments, follow-ups, and complete sales histories. Customer Management: Customer relationships, account information, sales, fulfillment, retention, and the entire customer lifecycle. Territory Management: Advanced mapping, territory assignments, segmentation, and geographic sales intelligence. Live Tracking: Real-time sales activity, field verification, productivity, and management visibility. Money Management: Commissions, overrides, bonuses, revenue tracking, payroll workflows, and financial reporting. Digital Business Cards & Sales Tools: Digital profiles, QR codes, promotional offers, and customer engagement tools. Training & Development: Integrated onboarding, Lightning University, sales courses, and assessments. Business Intelligence: Executive dashboards, analytics, reporting, and system integrations. Lightning OS goes far beyond a traditional CRM. It's the operating infrastructure behind an entire sales organization. Our company and founder have also received national media exposure, including Forbes and Yahoo Finance. We have established relationships with prospective customers, including companies we already work with directly, providing a valuable starting point for our SaaS sales program. To accelerate adoption, we're introducing an aggressive early-customer offer: FIRST 30 CUSTOMERS: Price-match their qualifying existing sales software subscriptions. FIRST 10 CUSTOMERS: Lock in their matched subscription price for life, subject to the customer agreement. Companies can transition to a much more comprehensive sales operating system without increasing their comparable subscription expense.
