To support the growth of the underwriting team, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Underwriter will manage new business submissions, oversee the profitability of an underwriting territory, and collaborate with various stakeholders while working remotely and occasionally traveling for in-person engagements.

Document underwriting files with sufficient detail and clarityRequired Qualifications 3 years of experience in commercial multi-line underwriting
Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field
Completion of a certificate in General Insurance and Associate in Underwriting program
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to mentor and support team development
