Location: Bensenville, IL LSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Compensation: $27.00 - $35.00

Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a skilled Glass Installer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in glazing or a related precision trade, demonstrating a strong ability to measure, fabricate, and install glass and aluminum components effectively. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who values professionalism and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, and fabricate glass and aluminum framing components accurately.
Install commercial storefront systems, entry doors, and associated hardware.
Install shower enclosures, mirrors, and interior glass partitions.
Interpret field measurements and shop drawings to execute installations.
Perform fabrication work in the shop and on job sites as needed.
Represent the company professionally at all client locations.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in glazing or a related precision trade (e.g., millwork, metal fabrication, windows/doors, countertops).Proven ability to measure accurately and work within tight tolerances.
Valid driver's license, with the ability to travel to various job sites.
Capacity to lift 75+ lbs to handle heavy glass panels safely.
Own basic hand tools necessary for installation tasks.
Strong reliability, accountability, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with commercial storefront aluminum framing.
- Familiarity with shower enclosure systems and frameless glass installation.
- Knowledge of interior glass partition systems.
- Experience in leading a small field crew.
- OSHA 10 or equivalent safety certification.
