Stand-Up Forklift Operator

Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking a Stand Up Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations in our retail distribution environment. In this role, you will safely operate stand up forklifts to move, load, and unload pallets of apparel and accessories, replenish pick locations, and stage outbound orders. You will complete accurate inventory moves using RF scanners, follow all safety and equipment procedures, and keep work areas clean and organized. You’ll collaborate with a diverse team, meet productivity and quality goals, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. Operate stand up forklifts to move, load, and unload pallets of merchandise Stage, replenish, and organize inventory to support picking and shipping Use RF scanners or warehouse systems to record and track inventory moves Inspect forklift and report or address basic maintenance or safety issues Follow all OSHA, company safety, and equipment operating procedures Maintain clean, organized aisles, docks, and storage areas Meet or exceed productivity, accuracy, and quality standards Work collaboratively with warehouse and distribution team members Support cycle counts and basic inventory control tasks Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors Stand up forklift operation Warehouse safety and OSHA awareness Pallet staging and material handling RF scanner operation Inventory control basics Loading and unloading trucks Order picking and replenishment Basic equipment inspection and maintenance Reading warehouse labels and documentation Time management in fast-paced environments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k OSHA-compliant forklift operator certification (or ability to obtain) Proven experience operating stand up or reach forklifts in a warehouse setting Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic proficiency with RF scanners or warehouse management systems
