Financial Analyst Director of Finance, Planning & Analysis

We are looking for an experienced self-starter that can interact with numerous high-level stakeholders to investigate, analyze, and advise on financial matters. Consolidate and validate data for business planning to support different teams. Review and summarize driver-based results versus monthly actuals and obtains explanations for material or unusual variances. Use strong technical skills to pull, analyze, and present data to advise business decisions. Use in depth understanding of the business and business drivers to help develop stronger business plans, improve margins, and improve efficiency. BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science) required.~Advanced proficiency at Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivots, macros, modeling).~ Snowflake SQL and Postgres SQL experience are desired, but not required.~ Understanding of financial statements and statement analysis preferred.~ Systems thinking with background in basic programming preferred.~ Ability to work extended hours - due to the nature of our business, this position may be required to work extended hours during peak season, or for special urgent projects.~ MBA preferred.~ Health, dental and vision coverage on day 1.Dollar-for-dollar 401K match up to 4% of salary with immediate 100% vesting.
