Job Summary: Kwajalein
Job Summary:
The ROI Dock Security Checkpoint Lieutenant supervises small groups of guards or assumes positions requiring greater responsibility.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handles all personnel and visitors arriving to or departing from Roi-Namur by marine vessels.
- Supervises small groups of guards
- Supervises small group of Local National (LN) Access Control Officers
- Ensures adequate manning is provided during mission activities
- Ensures that all assigned guard posts are staffed, monitoring performance of assigned guard force personnel
- Ensures that all guard personnel are aware of and abide by all Post and general orders
Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have an active U.S. Secret Clearance
- Minimum 3 years of security management experience in supervisory and/or management roles
- Must obtain USAKA “B” Boat certification NLT 30 days after assuming duties.
Preferred Qualifications:
ASIS CPP certification is preferred.
Physical Requirements and Work Conditions:
Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.
