What You'll Do:- Lead a small team of house cleaners at each job
- Deliver high-quality residential cleaning services
- Ensure every home meets Molly Maid standards
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
- Complete checklists and required paperwork accurately
- Keep your team on schedule and working efficiently
What We're Looking For:- Reliable and dependable attendance (this is a must)

Requirements:- Valid driver's license (ability to drive company car)
- Ability to work full-time MondayFridayComfortable with physical work (standing, bending, cleaning all day)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
