Schedule: 2nd Shift (2:45 PM - 11:15 pm) / 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

Position Summary:
The 3rd Shift Supervisor provides direct resident care while overseeing and supporting overnight staff to ensure quality care, safety, and compliance with community standards. This position plays a key leadership role in maintaining a calm, secure, and supportive environment during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership & Supervision
- Provide guidance and oversight to overnight team members
- Ensure staffing assignments are completed and care is delivered according to plan
- Serve as the point of contact for overnight concerns or emergencies
- Communicate important updates to leadership and incoming shifts
- Resident CareAssist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:
- Dressing and personal hygiene
- Toileting and bathing
- Eating and hydration
- Mobility assistance
- Support residents with instrumental activities of daily living:
Housekeeping
LaundryCare of personal belongings
Monitor resident safety and overall well-being
Accurately document care and significant observations
Environment & Operations
Maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming home environment
Complete light housekeeping and maintenance tasks
Monitor supplies and complete necessary administrative tasks
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed
Participate in and support life enrichment programming when appropriate
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:- RequiredHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to work overnight hours consistently
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor
- PreferredPrevious experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care
- Experience working with individuals living with dementia
- Knowledge of the healthcare field
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
