Proven record of sales success, preferably in a family law firm setting (closing to retainer) Experience in consultative/relationship-based selling approaches and overcoming objections in a high emotion environment Skilled at leading in-depth, emotionally charged conversations, extracting key information from complex narratives, and identifying the underlying problems in order to present tailored solutions with confidence Motivated by results, thriving in an environment that emphasizes KPI accountability Positive attitude with a values-centered mindset Resourceful and self-directed, with excellent organizational habits and a commitment to accuracy and consistency.
