Associate Technical Accessory Designer

Our client in the fashion/accessories space is looking for an Associate Technical Accessory Designer to join their team! This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for someone with strong technical design skills who can move quickly between projects and products. YOU WILL:Create tech packs, technical sketches, product designs + CADsSupport product development across headwear, bags, socks, cold-weather accessories + noveltiesConduct trend research and develop design inspirationPartner with design, sales and production teams to bring products to lifeWork with prints, knits, hardware, materials + construction detailsCollaborate with global teams and troubleshoot design/production challengesMaintain creative/design resources and showroom materialsYOU HAVE:Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field 3+ years of technical design experienceStrong Adobe Illustrator skills — key requirementProficiency with Photoshop + InDesignExperience with PLM systems (WFX preferred) Adobe Firefly / AI design experience is a plusStrong organization, communication and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects in a very fast-paced environment
