Hours:
2:45pm-12:45amAs a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing high‐quality parts that meet customer specifications. You’ll set up and operate equipment, perform inspections, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and help ensure our production runs smoothly. This role is hands-on, team-oriented, and essential to our success. What You’ll Do:- Set up, load programs, and operate machines safely and efficiently
- Read and follow work orders, instructions, and blueprints
- Operate clippers, rotary trimmers, and other secondary equipment
- Inspect products using precision measuring tools to ensure quality
- Perform basic preventive maintenance and minor repairs
- Maintain accurate production records
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Support new employee training
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts
- Follow all safety procedures and support ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 standards
- Contribute positively to our mission, vision, and values
- Perform other duties as needed
