Capital Construction & Renovation (CCR) is growing, and we're looking for experienced, detail-oriented Rent Ready Site Managers to oversee multifamily renovation and apartment turn projects throughout the DMV area. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality renovations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, we'd love to hear from you. About CCRCCR specializes in comprehensive rent-ready services for multifamily communities, including: Multifamily Renovations Unit Turns Capital Improvement Projects Field Oversight We partner with apartment communities to deliver efficient, high-quality renovations that keep properties move-in ready while maintaining exceptional standards.
What You'll Do:
- Manage multiple renovation and apartment turn projects from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project schedules
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Perform quality control inspections
- Communicate with property managers, recruiter, ownership groups, and internal teams
- Resolve field issues and keep projects moving efficiently
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
What We're Looking For:
- Experience managing construction, renovation, or multifamily projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and field crews
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
- Reliable transportation for travel throughout the DMV area
