Description:
American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for an acute care hospital, requiring 1+ years of experience and ARRT/NMTCB certification. Details Acute care hospital setting with 212 staffed beds Daily caseload of 5-12 patients Procedures are basic nuclear medicine studies, with most volume from stress tests4x10 hour day shifts, variable start times of 6:00 AM or 7:30 AMWeekend call required Uses Epic charting system Free parking available
Requirements:- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist requiredBLS, ARRT, and NMTCB certification required
- California State License required if applicable
- Compact license must be in hand at time of consideration

- Facility may float travelers between sister facilities nearby
- Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
- All RTO requests must be submitted upfront for consideration, as post-offer requests may not be granted
- Former Providence facility staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must be located more than 50 miles from the facility
- Two supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years are required
- Navy blue scrubs required for RN staff; scrubs provided for L&D/OR
