What you'll do:
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, with a focus on building new agency relationships and expanding revenue opportunities. Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities, lead consultative presentations, and create solutions tailored to client goals. Build strong relationships with agency and brand decision-makers and help secure long-term partnerships that drive repeat business and recurring revenue. Work cross-functionally with internal support teams to ensure clients receive high-touch service, strong campaign execution, and a seamless overall experience.
What we're looking for:
You bring a strong background in digital media sales with a clear emphasis on programmatic. You have an established book of business with independent agencies and know how to convert relationships into revenue. You are comfortable selling managed-service media solutions and can speak credibly across multiple channels, including programmatic display, CTV, search, social, mobile, DOOH, and rich media. You are polished, self-directed, and commercially driven, with strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Experience working with programmatic buying platforms, especially The Trade Desk, is highly valued. Why this role stands out This opportunity offers the ability to sell with real support behind you. The organization has a strong reputation for responsiveness, a highly capable account management and ad operations team, and a transparent, client-friendly reporting environment. There is significant white space to win new business, strong internal sales support, and real earning potential through an uncapped commission structure. It is a great fit for someone who wants autonomy in the field while still having the backing of a collaborative and experienced team.3257617
