ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITYAs we continue to expand our North American market share, we are seeking an experienced Strategic Growth Officer to join our management team and lead our revenue generation activities. This role will be accountable for developing and driving our go-to-market product and pricing strategies. You'll be working closely with our operations team to achieve operational objectives that drive customer joy and retention, and ultimate oversight of US sales and operations. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for business development, innovation, furniture and design. This role reports to the CEO in Belgium and leads a small, yet mighty local team of four talent team members. Specifically, we are looking for someone with the experience to:

You're a critical and strategic thinker who enjoys rolling up your sleeves to get into the trenches when necessary. You're well versed in financial forecasting, reporting and budgeting.
